Exact same problem... lost ton's of city structures and decorations. Want it fixed now, and i want my items and money refunded

Good to hear that I'm not alone.

BTW devs: i also lost 55000 of treasury that was payed for the second update.

Same thing happen to me had over a mill in the tresry and the city updated twice now we only have alittle over 200k

I sent a tickit and im not deleting the dam thing untill the 515k is refunded

They have 6 days to fix it or my stuff will start to disapear. and i can't afford to lose over 500k even for one week

first lost xp now this id rather have lost XP

We had this repeating update bug on gorath the last 2 weeks ... one weekend we just had 2 updates in 24h ... the weekend after we had I think 5 updates with about 18-24h inbetween.

Check if your City Terminal still says "error" as time to next update ... then another update is sure to come and you should put more cash into the treasury. Also you might redeed gardens and shut off specialisations to save money.

And let all your citizens write tickets ... don't take "we can't do anything" for an answere ... many effected cities on Gorath got several million credits in their treasury by CSRs as "pre"imbursment

It's happening on Ft ASH Naboo on Chilastra as well. Seems like whenever Xyon has a bug we have it too. Of course, we're only a few thousand meters apart.

The extra xp is exciting. the 450,000cr down the drain is exciting in a different way.

This bug is getting really strange.

We (and a whole bunch of other cities on Gorath) had it as well for about one week, then it seemingly fixed itself and now our Terminal shows Next Update: 2 days, 11 hours... and so on. This is a bit ahead of time, but that's no biggy.

Now we're anxiously looking forward to the next update to see if it will stay fixed or break again.

Tickets usually take a while to get answered, but when ours finally got answered we had an extremely helpful CSR to help us get over the holidays.
