I don't know if the previous solution was better than this or just the same, but it's a pity you have to set up the channel after each server restart.

/chat create SWG.Galaxy.planet.City moderated private titel;
/pause 2;
/chat invite name;

and so on ...

Thats the way i do it.

so does this make a private channel that is moderated?? what if we want a simple public channel with no moderator?

Is anyone doing this and does it work? I'd go to the effort if it actually works.

Ok ok more questions. Does this only invite those that are currently on line? I assume you punch this macro every day after server reset?

Thanks alot for any information. We really need a permanent city channel for citizens. When you have 3 PAs in the city communication would be great.
