Me and a few other politicians did not get our xp 2 elections ago and the CSR's say that the logs state that we recieved our xp but we did not

they will not help us and now they say since we have trained in skills we no longer have valid tickets and our xp is lost

can you help us

You have to remember that what I've got is access to two forums that you don't have. Nothing more. I can bring things to the attention of the devs, but the attention they have available to pay is limited. The CSRs are there to deal with problemsforindividual players. The devs will respond to systemic problems. So if you want developer response, you have gotto be together with a large number of other players with the same problems. Then I can bring these things to them as systemic, ongoing issues that need fixing. If I try to play the role of CSR here, I'm going to be bringing so much white noise into the correspondents forums with me, that they won't be able to listen to our big issues.

I feel for you. As a matter of fact I just logged in to see that my city has paid two maintenance fees over the weekend, losing out on hundreds of thousands of creds, so there are lots of ongoing issues for politicians and player cities. What we need to do is gather our data and present our case to the devs. We can not go to them with individual CSR matters, they - and the correspondent program as well - are not set up to deal with issues that way.
