you get exp once a week after every update, so on Friday you will receive exp based on how many citizens you have. If you have 25, you will get 2500 exp on Friday. And yes you will upgrade to a village on Friday, good job.

We just planted our CH and I get a email stating that the galactic yada yada yada has approved us as a Outpost. When I went to check my skills, I have nothing! Why is that? Also since I made the outpost status, when the update comes on Friday, will we update to a villiage, We have 25 members now, or close to it!
