So I log in this afternoon to find that my city has refreshed 3 times today.
Credits lost over 400K
Structures lost:
6 trainers
4 mission terminals
4-10 lamps
and a cloning center.
in chat CSR response to how long I can expect until my ticket is dealt with -
1-2 days. Ok fine, I can accept that. What I can't accept is 3 refreshes per day until they respond. And credits arent going to make much of a difference since I as mayor can only pull 50K per day.
So what this means for me if it takes 2 days -
over 1.2 million maintanence credits lost.
almost 2 millions in civic structures lost
plus the loss of an entire city(cap on server I believe has been reached).
yay!
