When homes reachnear 0% condition will their owner's be notified through email?

I meant to say will they be notified through their ingame email?

I'm pretty sure that any and all structures -- harvesters, houses, PA halls, etc. -- start sending their owners in-game mail when the structure reaches 50% and another every time it goes down 1%.


I was off-planet from where my PA hall is for a while and one day I logged on to see about six e-mails telling me that my hall (which is also my residence) was at 50%, then 49%, then 48%, and so on.
