What about Corellian PA halls? When I had my hall built, I asked the guy to make me a Corellian hall because I didn't want the very squarish generic hall, but what he gave me was a generic hall that he named as a Tatooine hall. The generic hall takes up 9 lots and I'm not sure how many grids it takes up, but it is big enough that I have plenty of room left over after its item limit is reached.

Corellia, Naboo and Generic are the same size and number of lots I believe. Not sure, as I don't see them often, most people just get generic since it can be put anywhere. Only exception is Tatooine since the tatooine PA halls rock. (Though every time I go through the door I have to chuckle at the sound effect of the Alkratraz prison doors closing.)
