Our politician dropped all his skill the whole class and hes still on the mayor race ballot,and will win the election. Now what happens there is another person on the ballot,but wont win the election. Does the mayor keep mayor even without being a politician, or does the other runner get it? Will the city die? Will there be no mayor for a week until the next election? Or will he be mayor even without novice until voted out?

Keep this thread updated as I would like to know the answer. I'm moving to Europe soon and can't stay the mayor of my city. Need to know what will happen if I cancel my account without someone else taking over the reigns.

Either two things happen, when he wins the election the city hall will go poof because he is no longer a politician...or he wins the election for that week but because he dropped politician is not listed as a candidate for next week.

I think it is the first one though. I'm not completely for sure because I have never seen it happen, hopefully that is not the case.
