I'm going to replace the mayor of a City, and i was wondering if there were any words of advice i could get from my cohorts.

The ONE thing you must do: ensure you have some advance treasury in case of hardships. I advise making the treasury depend on sales tax, and to get some merchants to come to sell in your city. Other than that, be nice to people and it should be all right. Good luck.
