The city of Maelstrom on Gorath started updating as it was supposed to at approximately 5 AM Saturday morning. Using the City Terminal in city hall gave the Error message as normal for an update. However, it is now 8:25 AM Tuesday morning and the city has STILL not finished updating. No Politician experience has been awarded to the mayor, and the Error message is still being given by the City Terminal. So, here we are more than three days later and still no city update. This has been /bug'd and CSR ticketed with no response yet. When the city finally DOES finish updating, THEN the next week will start and have Maelstrom 3 days behind any city that updated normally. Are any other cities facing this problem? Have the devs made any announcements about this? Please shed some light on this issue. It would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry to tell you but at this rate you are going to be 5 weeks behind since it seems that all other cities (including mine) are having an update at least once a day. So we are be charged 240k a day on maintence and soon I fear will be destroy. I too have sent emails CSR tickets and the such with no response.

Hmm, I've been on vacation for ten days or so, and it seems my city has been in "update" (i.e., "error") mode for almost the past week. Anyone else encountering this? To compound the weirdness, a few weeks back we had two updates within 48 hours. Is the game "compensating" for this "extra" update now? Since I've been away, I thought maybe I missed an announcement about this or something.

This has occured before with many cities including mine. Your city is updating just very very slowly. Because it has been a week, contact a CSR and it should be taken care of.
