When I try to remove a citizen from the militia list, the interface asks me if I am sure I want to remove them, then when I click yes it yes that the person is no longer militia. But when I check the list, they are still there, and still have the militia abilities.

yes the same here - but it did remove people i wanted to have it from having the malitia rights (way to go devs)yet they are still on the list. so now i have a list of people who i cant remove & people on the list i want to be malitia but cant. but with the other bugs i have been dealt this is not all that bad ,we went almost 2 months with no cloning center lol .

From what I understand, the people you want to add to/remove from the militia must be within 10m of the city terminal.

correct... both to ADD and REMOVE.

From what I've seen. The people you want to remove have to be online at the time of removal.

Sometimes it works to have people within 10m. Sometimes it doesn't.

Frankly, my city planners, who must have militia powers to do their job, lose their militia status once or twice a week - I have to try to get online with them at the same time and re-issue their powers.

One mililtia member, who I want to remove, has stood everywhere within 10m and looks like he will never be removed.
