I'm on ahazi, lok. I'm pretty sure that when a city reaches level 3 it shows up on the map, yet I only count 25 on my planet.

But we can't advance to level 4 and get a shuttleport because of too many level 4 cities.

Has the cap changed?

Not all cities choose to use the "Register City" option, so they may not show up on the map. The caps haven't changed from what is in the Guide and FAQ.

lol... Shadowfire I think has 4 level 4 cities on Lok.

Love the smaller server...
