Thread: When will patch go in for purging players accounts for riding abandon buildings ?
No word on the timeframe for this. As soon as it's known, it will be passed on.
The current plan is also to inform all players a month in advance of this going in via e-mail. Tiggs said at Fan Fest that they would try to get out a message to mayors informing them of any structures in their city that would be affected.

Depends on what you mean by "risque," I think. We had a person in our city who left the game and renamed his cantina something with profanity in it. I stopped by the other day and it was renamed to "Cantina."
Try reporting the house name and see what happens.
