What changes take place in an established city when a new mayor (novice politician) is voted into office?
Regarding...
...civil buildings (garage, shuttle port, etc) that were placed by the prior mayor?
...civil decorations (gardens, lamp posts, etc) also placed by the prior mayor?
...NPC trainers? ...Missions terminals? ... city specilization? ... map registration?
Does the city retain it's current milita list, or will the militia need to be re-recruited?
Are there any bugs involving the treasury?
If a city of 60 people votes in a novice politican, will we suddenly be a city with no perks? An outpost with 60 people and no perks? Or does the novice politican have a while to catch up to the city, to keep , for example, gardens placed by the prior expirienced mayor in place, even though the new mayor doesn't even have "place gardens" available to him/her yet?
Thanks for any information everyone!
