OK i'm a creator and mayor of a city on dantooine called river phoenix on the gorath server, now, i want to tax my citizens, but what if my taxes are high and some newbie doesn't have much money, if he does not have the money to pay taxes, will he be kicked out from the city, i do not want that to happen, and instead of giving him money to pay it, and since i cannot change it to individual taxes, i was hoping to raise taxe sand reimburse some back, and if they dont have that money i do not want them to be kicked out of my city.

If a citizen can't pay taxes, then nothing will happen. (to my knowledge) I think I heard somewhere that when citizens can't afford the taxes, the mayor is notified via e-mail, but this either doesn't work or doesn't exist.
