Does anyone know if the Level 4 /Shuttleport cap has been reached on dant on the Intrepid server?

I dont believe it has, my city moved up a few weeks ago to level 4. If you count the cities there aren't very many level 4.

thanx kevin, we just reached lvl3 last week and were wondering if it was worth trying for lvl 4

if we cant upgrade to lvl 4 and place a shuttleport i guess well just have to wait till the end of everyweek till someone drops a rank
