If you move your city, do you loose yourshuttle to those waiting inline? Is there a line?

Any suggestions and thoughts would be appreciated.

1) Nerfed by the CU - Annoyed

2) SWG destroyed by the NGE - Pisssed

3) Cancellation to nerf the dev's pay check, priceless!!

If you move the city, you start over at lvl1 regardless of how many people declare the first week. Lvl1 cities can't have shuttles. It would take you a month to get back to lvl4 to have a shuttle, even with 100+ people in the city the whole time (your city can only climb 1 lvl per week). If another city moves up to fill your old spot in that time, and the lvl4 and lvl5 cities are capped before you get there in that 4 weeks...you are capped at lvl3 and without a shuttle unitl one of them drops out of the lvl4/lvl5 cap...assuming another lvl3 city doesn't get it becasue they were capped 6 months before you.

I move shuttle in my city like 30 times in the first 3 weeks of me being mayor. Had to find a perfect spot for it

Acctually as I understand it there is no "waiting list" for cities to advance torank 4. If slot for a rank 4/5 city becomes avalible the next eliglble rank 3 city who completes thier update gets promoted. It could be a city that was placed 6 months ago it could be a city that was placed 4 weeks ago. Its all luck based on when your city update occurs.
