Heck, I'm not even talking about getting rid of their homes...
But when people in your city change factions, and refuse to move, they can then use your cloner in pvp to greif you, harass your citizens and use that as a tactic to destroy your bases.
We need the ability to revoke citizenship of any citizens we seem fit. We build the town, we maintain the town, we are the mayor for crying out loud!
Even if you made it so the mayor had to petition it and you needed 45percent militia vote to enact it.. This needs to be added asap..
Or, has any one found a way to remove citizenship so you can then ban them?

Sorry, according to the logic the devs used on /citywarn.....
It's better that one player be allowed to greif the city as a whole without consequences, than to risk allowing a tool like /citywarn or /cityrevoke to be in the game and allow the city to "potentially" greif a single rebelious player.

Let say I was a mayor and a large number of people didn't like me. They get a candidate to run against me. I find out that I will lose the election, but I don't want to give up my position of KING(or QUEEN), so I decide to revoke citizenship of the malcontents. If they are not citizens, they can't vote. So, in the end, I win a election. Oh, and btw, the militia is composed of all my trusted friends.
See the problem with this ability?

Yes but having mayor's powerless in their own city is obsurd...
Then you should AT LEAST be able to city ban any one. Regardless of the fact they are citizens of your city.. Call it the police so to speak, want of city ban? Go see miltia or mayor and post your case.

First, someone in the city allowed this individual to become a resident. If the person wanted to change faction during their residency, that is their right. If the opposing faction wanted to place a spy in your city and you are a factional city, you should be more careful as too whom you allow to become a resident. And when is destroying a base a form of griefing? Isn't that what the GCW is about?
Solution - don't put up any bases and have everyone place that individual on ignore. This person probably likes the attention that they are getting through this form of behavior. If you ignore this individual and give them no opportunity to derive any pleasure from you, then they will eventually become bore and leave.
I'm not against mayors and militias having the ability to manage their city but I am against granting powers to an individual or individuals that allows them to grief. I had no problems with /citywarn. I had that used on me three times in a rebel city (I was neutral). I ran out of the city limits and eventually took my business elsewhere and informed my friends of those incident and their decided to never conduct business in that town. But when /citywarn was being used to control POIs, then I saw the grief in it. I do hope that it is brought back in some form to prevent any form of griefing.
