Hi,

I been mayor of a city now for 5 months and through out this time I have been unable to have any specialisations added to the city even though i made M P. When you enter the city it doesnt say "research centre" or anything else. Do I have to activate anything or is it a bug?

Yes, you do have to activate something.

Look in the CityManagement Terminal, in the room to the left in City Hall - on one of the tabs.

I believe, it cost 80k for Improved Job Market

Originally I had selected Manufacturing Center but later determined it wasn't as benefitial as getting Improved Job Market that EVERYBODY couldbenefit from.
