Thread: HQ size

My citizens have decided that they do not want to wait until the GCW revamp for their base and are willing to move so that we can place the largest reb HQ that there is. My question is, how much space do I need to clear? Does anyone know exactly how big the footprint of the large HQ is? Like how many squares by how many squares? I there another structure that has a similar footprint, like a cantina or large garden? If I remember right from our pre city days, the footprint was unreasonably large. Any info would help, and thanks in advance

most HQs are 9x9 square when placing... but once placed the footprint grows to 16x16 circular (so approximately 3.5 squares all directions)... on the larger HQs its 9x9 square when placing and still 16x16 after... but there is one extra square sticking out at the edge of the circle directly infront of the entrance...
