i tried it, got mind buffs, no extra 10%


is this a known broken specialization?

... as far as I know, "entertainer district" deals with healing. unlike medic, buffing for dancers/musicians does NOT involve the healing skills, there's a separate line called "dancing/musical mind enhancement" that dictates the buff you get.

please don't freak out and bump threads on the forum, the devs already said that all the specializations are working as intending.

doc buffs are enhanced in "medical" spec. cities, however
