I'm a new mayor (1001 :smileyhappy
and I was allways told that citizens have to actively vote for me to get xp, but last night a guildey told me since I was the incubant mayor I would get the xp if no one voted. I was wondering if this is true?

If there's no one running against you, every vote goes to the incumbent (you)

But do I get the XP for those votes? That was my question.

Yes, the automatic votes for the incumbant give you xp also. They are regular votes. A citizen will always automatically vote for the incumbant mayor, even if someone else is running for mayor. To vote for the newpolitician, you have to visit the terminal; to vote for the current mayor, you do not.

I have a question about SL XP, I'm sure its been discussed and I'll check through the threads but anyway.
I know XP is gained via size group and combat kills, but does it matter what you kill? I mean can I just put a group together and do some missions on Dantooine and get the same XP I'd get if I went to the Geno Caves with this group? I'm assuming so since its just combat xp and group size.

Actually I've found that , yes the prey does make a difference on XP
Take a group of 5 to go hunt Bocatts near Tatooine.. Then take them Rancor hunting.. i think you'll notice a difference

Oh, yes. The more difficult the prey, the more time and damage it takes to kill the better the exp you will get.. Just like anything else. Durni's and Swoopers = lousy exp. Tusken Warlord = mondo exp!
