please email TestCenter.nesh in game (and you can forward it to TestCenter.pappi if you want me to read it too) and put in as much info as you can on your city and the bug, such as tax rate, how you found out you're not getting the money, any testing that you did, etc. also remember to put your name (or the mayor's name if you're not the mayor), city, server, waypoint, etc... as much info as possible. it will help track down the bug

edit: this isn't a CSR ticket and won't fix the problem immediately, but we're trying to gather info so that we can have it on hand to present the bug.

Dont forget to capitolize the T and the C otherwise it will just vanish. Had this problem when trying to e-mail my TC character.

We recently dropped our sales tax. It wasn't making a noticeable dent in our treasury from week to week (even though we know sales were happening), and it was really a hassle for our vendors/merchants.

In Skystone (Test Center Metropolis) we dropped all but the sales tax and shuttle fee last week to see if we really were getting sales tax. The 3% tax we collect is being collected but 83K out of a cost of 509K a week is a small help. We watch the amount collected in various taxes very closely and balance the city treasury to exactly 10 million as soon as the weekly update is completed. We have 225 buildings in town and I am pretty sure our 20% property tax is not collecting the proper amount of tax.
