I am the Mayor of my city and I have an Alt character who is a master dancer. If I place a Cantina with my dancer and my city falls back from level 2 to level 1, will the cantina just go poof ???

I dont want to decorate the cantina with a bunch of expensive decor if I have to worry about it going away with no warning.

Just FYI , I have 28 citizens currently, but one of the guilds that is based in my city just disbanded and there is a huge exodus going on. thats why I am worried about reverting back to level 1.

If I get like a couple days warning or something like that, I could hadle it, because I play daily.

Non-city owned structures, like cantinas and med centers. will stay as long as there is maintenance in them. Even if the city completely vanishes, it will still be there.
