Thread: Are cities updating from NE to SW?

On Chilasta, Tatooine our cities were placed within ten minutes of each other, so out city updates all started at the same time.
The first city to finish the update (in under 30 minutes) was Kraytia, the NE most city. Then the updates seemed to march down the map over the next hour. For the last 1.5 hours, nothing else has completed.
Are others seeing this behavior?
