Somone please help.. I am Mayor of Darvok on the Shadowfire server.. Our city advanced to level 4 just find.. and I won the election 50 to 5.. and I still haven't gotten any politician xp! I need that xp to place my shuttleport... my citizens are getting upset nobody likes our 10000m run from nyms stronghold on lok.. Please help!

You haven't gotten any in 24 hours? Thats not possible because we placed our city 5 hours after they were implemented..

I think he means we have to wait up to 24 hours. Which is complete bologna in itself!
