Please help.. any clue?

now another shuttle port is down on the same server.. same planet.. player city also..

This is also occuring at Mos Mesric on Kettemoor.

A shuttle port has THREE items that are important

1) The ticket terminal used to buy the ticket.
2) The ticket droid
3) The shuttle terminal used to redeed the port.

I know that item (2) and (3) are vanishing. Is item (1) vanishing as well?

If it is not, do shuttles ever show up?

If they do and (1) is still there, purchase a ticket. When the shuttle appears, open your inventory and double-click on the ticket (this is the alternate method to using a ticket). Does that still work -- if it does you have a work around until the issue is fixed.

If not, we need to get more attention on this.

All 3 disappear. This happened to us as well.As suggested by someone in another post, I was able to fix it by standing inside the Shuttleport structure and typing /destroyStructure.

This pulls up the redeed menu. You can then redeed and replace your shuttleport.
