Thread: Nearest Cloning Facility Lists
In my opinion removing all player city cloning facilities from the nearest list is just wrong. I spend an abundant amount of time on Lok, and there are two NPC cloning facilities there, Nym's and the imperial base. Here are a few reasons(good ones) why I think there should be an option for nearest npc clone facility and nearest pc clone facility.
1. Running around lok without any fighting skills you tend to die every once in a while, and while I personally dislike the new system of decay on death that is not the issue, I really thought player cities would bring it to the point where I don't have to run across ground I already covered from Nym's because I died trying to get to my harvesters. And then you say take the shuttle, well why should I, I should be able to spawn at the closest cloning facility which will be a pc city unless you hang around Nym's a lot.
2. I like it when I die and a city that I haven't been to pops up on the cloning center list as closest, this is a neat opportunity to see another city in development, that I might not take time otherwise to travel about and see.
3. I would enjoy seeing new faces because they cloned at my city because it was closest to their death spot.
4. The more people that clone in the city, the more chance that they will look around and maybe move in. If not move in maybe use the shops and such.
5. Because I want it, and it ain't right not to have it(okay I am done

this is simply too smart and too good for a dev to actually choose this solution...
