And before people think I've gone insane, I'm interested in what is counting as official city structures for the civic structure limit on test center. There's been some rumours of streetlamps and fountains counting in the limit. Does anyone know if that is true, and whether things like mission terminals are also 'civic structures' according to the limit? Is it counting civic-style buildings that take up player lots, such as cantinas and med centers?

With all the stuff on /citywarn, this change is seeming to be largely forgotten. But it might be nice to know some details about it before cities start to get hefty fines for too many structures.
