Our mayor was the incumbant mayor and no one ran against him, but he hasn't received his xp and it has been 30 minutes since the update was complete.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Haven't gotten my xp yet either - incumbant with 68 votes. That kinda hurts progress.

I'm missing 100k xp but i did get most of it. Although coincidentally, i'm now 100xp short of getting 3 skills now.

yup same here.

this happenes every week why cant they do this right the 1st time.

ive tried email, sonyonline chat, crs tickets(2 got deleted some how) and they wont do anything. On chat the crs said there is nothing he can do. This is getting close to the point of me leaveing.

our update should have happened 8 hours ago. When I examine the city hall terminal for the next advancement it just says error

69 citizens... 100 xps... but hey, that makes up for the 100 xps I didn't get in the first election. I can wait for mymissing 6800xps, provided I'm contacted and told that they will eventually (before the next election) give them to me. At this point I've gotten no response.

YES! Didn't I read somewhere that the CSR's could validate the problem and then award the xp??? We have the same problem and wrote tickets. Our Mayor cannot place a shuttle because of this!

THE CSR TOLD OUR MAYOR HE COULDN'T HELP HIM. THAT IF HE COULD DO ANYTHING AT ALL IT WOULD BE 1-3 DAYS.

WHAT KIND OF BOLOGNA IS THAT???

We earned that shuttle dang it. Why must we wait any longer? Why do the CSR's NOT do their job???

It will be one week 2morrow for my ticket and still no answer. There is also a support email in from my self and probably some from my guild members as well. They aren responding. Im begining to think they dont want my money
