Has anyone had a contested election or attempted city take over?


I know that before cities were introduced griefing by take over was supposedly going to be a big issue

Once, when I had 68 citizens, I was giving 10-12 votes to a friend of the city so he could gain experience. Someone came along and registered with his one vote. That was the closest to losing I have had.
