Good question... what ever did happen with that?

SpyNet ops would be good to place in cities but the problem is there are certain level of Spynet Operatives. When ever you reach a higher level in the Investigation leg of the Bounty Hunter tree you have to go to a different Spynet Operative to get atargets info. I had a bh at 3,4,4,4, and Iused to get missions in either Coronet or Tyrena on Corellia then jump to Bela Vista to use the Spynet Op there. For any bounty hunters at that level there are only 2 spynet operatives that they can use. I would love to see more spynet operatives in player cities especially the high ones.I like your idea but, like everything else,it would have to be thought out.

I think the trick here would be to allow only one Spynet per city, that way you couldn't have terminals and all level Spynet operatives, making it a one-stop-BH-Shop.

Plinka had submitted a query to the dev's about adding the option to place SpyNet Operatives in our town. As you know, Bounty Hunter's can not do their missions without them, so having a BH terminal in a player city is useless without the option to place SpyNet Operatives. Plinka never replied, so I was wondering if you had heard back from them about it. My Bounty Hunter citizens are chomping at the bit, and I'm sure many other Mayors can relate.

An idea ... since the event team is able to set down NPCs etc for events ... and have visited numerous towns to gift us with the Life Day Orbs ... couldn't they try and place SpyNet Ops by looking into the planetary map and finding Mission Terminals?
