Thread: CSR wont give me my lost Poli xp, what can i do?
hi, our city had its vote on sunday, all fine, maintenance paid, now the xp didun't come though by the next day, i know it can take some time so i gave it to the end of the night, nothing. so i stuck in a CSR ticket, giving all the info that they had requested last time my xp didun't come through.
the reply i got was that they can't give me it because i had already had my xp changed. come on, it can't be that hard to trace?!?
what happens if i don't get xp again next sunday? or the next? why should all my citizens suffer?

Add a comment to your ticket clearly stating when you started your city, how many citizens you had, how many updates .. so how much XP you should have now ... and write down how much you do have now ... let them look at it again (and again and again if necesary) ... bug the hell out of the CSRs if they don't cooperate ... a lot of people here wrote they only got their XP back after the 3rd or 4th reply of a CSR
