Thread: Cloning Ctr Issue: being charged twice anybody else have this problem?
Our Cloning Ctr disappeared during the "City Drift Time" in November.
However, even after it had disappeared we were still being charged for it, we also couldn't place a new Cloning as we got Error Message that a city can only have one facility of this type.
Then, after a ticket and (more or less) patient waiting, a CSR reset our City so we could place a new Cloning Ctr. After we did that, we were then charged *twice* for a Cloning Ctr. Ok, that's only 20k/week but it adds up.
I reported this issue and the very friendly and helpful CSR then tried to reset our city again (and once more even) - but that didn't help, we are still being charged twice for the cloning center. Since there is nothing else that can be done at this time I was told to write a bug report, which I will do tonight.
However, I'd also like to make Bajeezus aware of this problem and ask if anybody else has the same problem?
