Thread: OK, Im a patient guy, BUT WHERES MY CLONING FACILITY?????

Im really thinking SOE has a Blacklist there at thier office, of people that get absolutely no Customer service, and i must be on it.


Ive put 2 tickets explaining our cloning facility problem in great detail, and both were erased promptly arfter being submitted. Bug reports never got any reply either.


I came to forums after first one got erased in hopes to get a lil sympathy from other player, and i mostly got flamed and told to "wait in line"


OK, so i was patient....


....and waited


....and waited some more...


i then decided to put another ticket in, erased again....


The mayor is my best bud in RL and he's lost his love of this game b/c of SOE's downright disrespect of him. Hes done exactly the same as me, and he gets a response that more of a run-around.


A Run-Around you may Ask? This is where they dont read your ticket, then send you a mail asking you to describe your problem in detail (even after putting in the most detailed ticket you could ever produce). Then you get a resonse a few days later, FROM A DIFFERENT CSR, asking you to describe your problem in detail, ARRGG.


Is there a way to go over there heads, or is the lack of caring a company policy?


Im not speaking on just my behalf, but for the citizens of our town. This problem goes way beyond our inconvienence of not having a CF in our town, but its caused tensions and tempers to flare. Our mayor got so many mails and tells daily about the subject, it drove him away from SWG. Most of the them believed it was his doing, or his inaction, that resulted in it being gone, or not replaced.

Tell me how you would like to get a 'tell' like this when youve been trying actively to get the CF back. Well this individual who asked had never had a prior conversation with our mayor, and decided to use this tone, and got an earful of some colorful language to say the least.


What happened next? Well the CSR's respond to swearing apparently faster than REAL ISSUES, and BANNED OUR MAYOR. Instead of fixing the root of the issue, they decided to please the crybaby

No other business who respects there client base, would act like this. But when you have the #1 product, who cares right?

I remember a post a long time ago, on a forum far, far away that described the ways of dealing with a community at large. I dont have the link, but you hardcore forum readers will remember it well.


Any complainers will be 'marginalized' and will eventually give up in frustration, or flamed by the brown nosers who think SOE can do no wrong.
