Has anyone received this line from a holocron or is SOE that cruel. This is my greatest fear that THAT will be my next one and I won't be able to get the points because I won't be able to enter a city and get elected.

One or two people have, but CSR's have apparently said this is a bug. Politician isn't designed to be a holocron profession.
