Which planets still have slots open for player citys and how many slot left? Im trying to start my own city with my friends but the few planets I have been on are apperently full. A list would be very helpful.

I was also wondering if, as a mayor, I could place a covert detector in my city.

I don't know about your server, but on mine, Talus and rori are pretty good bets.

You can place covert dectectors,mine fields, turrets and HQs inside player cities.

Can you tell us how or where you get covert detectors for you city and what skill level as a pol you need to place them?
