Thread: In the capitol, we need a big sign or terminal
Considering the number of posts we get here daily on this subject, one would think it a good idea.

"Simple" terminal work.
More of a priority thing. I guess in this thread we should discuss what form such information could take that would be more immersive and interesting.

I think this could be impletmented without any kind of terminal, etc.
Simply view your planet map, and have a list:
Player Cities: XX (amount)
Available City Halls: XX (amount)
I don't necessarily feel that a listing of all the city names is a high priority, but this simple bit of information would really help theaspiring politician or PA that is considering starting a new player city. Maybe down the road a bit a terminal with more information would be nice to have... kind of like a "yellow pages", but this little bit of info certainly should be easy to add to the map.

I like both the planetary map and trainer ideas.
Also, my main reasoning behind listing all cities is well, these are registered civic areas with the planetary government, and here, I don't know more than half the cities on my own planet!

Yes ... but do you know half of the cities on your planet in RL?

Major incorporated cities? Of course. Most educated people do. Want top 100? ![]()
And if I were working for the State Department, being a diplomat (which I have considered and almost accepted), then I sure had better know the major incorporated cities for my planet!
And if I were a major political leader, I had BETTER know the major incorporated cities on my planet, or I wouldn't deserve the job (or at least have aides with a basic geography education if I somehow got swept into office without the benefit of basic education).
And if somehow I never finished high school, and couldn't name the major incorporated cities on my planet, then I would have a resource that would TELL me what they were.
Great! That's what I'm asking for here.
