I know I read about a bug where if you remove trainers, they still show up in maintenance. My question is 2 parts:

1. Can you get that removed with a CSR ticket?

2. If you place a trainer, will it increase what you already have, or will it just fill in what is there already? (we had 2, previous mayor removed them, now if I place 2 will it become 4?)
