I've been putting "citizens" minus the quotes in the To: line and it's not sending to the whole city. Am I doing something wrong? Did the command change?

No it hasn't changed athough I'm trying to think whether it has the 's' on the end... My mind has gone blank.

don't feel bad... it's not working for me either. I've been mayor for 3 or 4 updates now, been through 2 CSR tickets (with no positive results) and got my query thread in the Tech Support forum closed for being "off topic" 
yes, I am the mayor. yes, I'm within the city when I try to send the message. yes, I'm addressing it to "citizens" (without the quotes). so, why don't it work?

say dave, bob, jim and hitler all need mails
write your message
title it
and where it says to who
bob, jim, dave, hitler
they'll all recieve the mail

Thats great except for when you are wanting to send a mail out to all of your citizens, typing 75 names in is v.irritating especially since you can only fit so many in the address box at once and so you have to include yourself in the first email and then keep forwarding it on until you have sent it to everyone.

Well I managed one the other night by typing 'citizens' in so I don't know why it might not be working for you.
I guess its not on there as its supposed to work from within the email system and so there is no need to duplicate it.

Thats what I typed and it sent to all city house owners
worked as of 12/august/2004
