if im mayor of a city ... and i surrendur polatician will city be destroyed?

100% definately no.
There ar emany other threads on this board (somewhere) if you don't beleieve me. I know exactly how you feel though, your fingers hovering over the "y e s" keys. But it will be ok!

no. you will not be able to do anything - if you delete the char the city will be destroyed though.

I think you mean "the city WON'T be destroyed"?
