What is the best way to get Experience for a Politician? Is it something that just occurs over time, or is it based on the level of taxes?

You get 100 exp per declaredcitizen in your outpost/village/township/city/metropolis. You gain this as a lump sumwhen the city updates once per week.


Mastering Politician does take quite some time, although I'd wait until they put the Master skills back in before spending Apprentice Points on the box.
