here is an idea for a change for it.

couple ideas.

1. old mayor wants to leave can shut off the auto voting.

or/and 2. when you delcare your residancy then go vote it asks you how many times you want to auto vote. you can put in there a number of 1 to26 so the most you can do is26 weeks of voting. That is 6 months of afk voting..When you get to your 25 voting you get a email saying you have one more before needing to vote again.
