Thread: The haunted Shuttleport

I'm working with a CSR and development on fixing the haunted/ ghosting shuttleport problem.
Currently we had a shuttleport disapear for it's reasons, Lack of people or lack of active politician take your pick....
I became the new mayor and vowed to replace the port.... now we're at the population and have the deed.. and I cannot place it... because the old shuttle port is still there.. but cannot be used other then a landing zone from another shuttle/starport.
Been about 2 months since the port disapeared and since I have everything ready to go I think I'm one day 3 csr waiting for some sort of a solution from the developers.
3 nights ago I had a handsome ( i think handsome caus ehe was invisible) do everthing he could to fix the problem, he found some instances of thing listed that aren't there but I still can't place the port I waited until reset.. still nothing... all my citizens are up n arms...
Any other mayors having this ghosting shuttle problem?

A while ago I went to one of the cities on Talus (Starhaven?) - got the shuttle there, but when I tried to come back it wasn't there, and not marked on the map.
It had be very confused at the time... so maybe it's not just you.

Yeah there is definitely some weird bug with shuttleports. My guild abandoned our city on Talus to move to Naboo, but even though our old city fell down to rank 2 and lost it's shuttleport you can still fly there and you load into a field where the shuttleport used to be hehe.
I would /bug it as well as file a ticket on it.

You might have hit 55 citizens, but I wanted to check - did you actually 'ascend' to Rank 4? If not, you wouldn't be able to place the 'port. You may want to check to see that some other cities didn't grab your Rank 4 slot while you were recovering from your losses.

nope the Csr Worked with the developers and was finnally able to give me the go ahead to deed the shuttle again.
Yaay public transit is back! and the Hauntings gone!

yes this has happened on Isaper Taul on Lok, Corbantis
I got off the shuttleto use a trainer, turned aroundand the shuttle port wasn't there
we figured that they took the shuttle down during basevulnerability times.. but maybe not
