OK - I have a few questions about ownership requirements for player-owned city structures that I haven't seen answered anywhere that I havealready looked. As far as placement, I've got it covered. I know you have to be a Master Dancer to drop a Cantina and a Master Doc/CM to drop a Med Center. And both need zoning rights in order to drop.

But what happens if the Dancer that owns the Cantinasurrenders some (or all) ofher Dancer skills? Is she still allowed to own the Cantina? Can she /transferStructure to somebody else? Does the transferee have to alsobe a Master Dancer in order to receive it?

Likewise, if I have no Medic skills but want toown aMed Center, could I just give the deed to a Master Doc buddy of mine so he can drop it and then /transferStructure it back to me?

These are the things that keep me up at night. Thanks for your assistance.

alright heres what happens, the owner of the structure has to be a master to place it, but can drop all skills after the structure is placed, and it will go nowhere. Some people say you have to keep novice, i dropped all dancer and got to keep my cantina, so i hope that it just wasnt a bug. and if someone wants to transfer the structure they can only transfer it to a master. if u try and transfer it to anything else, it wont let you. hope i was of help..

in summary, you dont need the skills after its placed. and you cant transfer it to a non-master. thanks

Its worth mentioning that the city level only needs to be sufficient (cantina Master Dancer, Musician or Chef and L2 rank, hospital Master Doc or CM and L3 rank) to actually place the structure. Once they're down, player owned civic structures dont get destroyed through town rank going down or the town being destroyed.
