Hi Mayors!

I saw this screenshot and noticed the Rebel banners, outdoors. Has there been any change to the things we can place outside? I tried placing my Aurllian banner outside and couldn't do that.

It was probably temporarily set up by Pex or the special events team by request. That's the only way to get things placed outside other than the normal city decorations.
