Hello there, I am looking to start a guild with some friends as well as a small city. As it stands currently I do not feel like I want to have a very large city, so we are planning to just have a mission terminal, clone center, and housing...perhaps more as time goes on. How much then does it generally cost to run a small town?

If you want to have a cloning facility, you'll need to make it to Rank 3 which requires a minimum of 35 citizens.
At Rank 1 a city costs a minimum of 35k a week, Rank 2 a minimum of 60k, and Rank 3 a minimum of 85k. That's the base price per week for city hall. Decorations and terminals and such add to that weekly maintenance.
Here's a break down of what things cost:
- Outpost - 35k
- Village - 60k
- Township - 85k
- City - 110k
- Metropolis - 135k
- Cloning - 80k
- Stronghold - 150k
- Manufacturing - 50k
- Research - 125k
- Medical - 80k
- Entertainment - 80k
- Job Market - 80k
- Sample Rich - 70k
Hope this helps! Good luck with your city.

If thats all you want the city for, I would recommend you find a mayor of another city to see if they can accomodate your Guild Hall and offer them a weekly contribution via the City Hall Terminal.
I have 3 guilds in mine (1 being my own) and they are free to use any of the facilities and in return they declare residents so my citizens increase and vote to increase my xp. They dont pay butcontribute to the city progress by doing the other things.
Also of course with the new rules and the minimal xp you will get from only having a small city, it would take like months to get to level 3 and of course the increasing cost. And skill points!

I run a very small city (only 13 people) on Gorath. Our weekly maintenance is about 120k. We have 3 skill trainers, 3 mission terminals and a city hall. We also have a couple street lights and statues.
