Hi,
Our City has assimilated a house (and soon another) which was previously around 150m from ourborder.
I anticipated that this would happen, thus added the guys name to my friends list, and sentseveralemails.
However in the last 3 months that we have been living in our new spot, this guy has never come online, nor replied to my email.
So, is there anything we can do about this?
Its going to messup the town plan I have...

Yes. If you get the right CSR who is willing to check if the account is cancelled for a longer time period, he MAY assist you and remove the house. I was assisted with three houses in my city center, which blocked the needed space for content buildings. As far as i saw the prerequisites for him to be active were:
1. House is in an IMPORTANT place and is preventing you froim developing your city layout/Content management.
2. The owner of the house has a cancelled account (the one i had was gone 3 months at least)
3. no active player accounts have admin on the house
I was given the approximately needed time for the house to decay on those structures still with active admins, so I was able to plan the replacement.
Other CSRs have refused to help me with other structures or information though, so dont count on it.

Q: There are structures in my city from players who have left the game/no longer active. How do I remove unwanted player structures from my city?
A: There is currently no way to remove player structures from a city if the structure was fairly placed (meaning with /grantzoningrights or with no zoning enabled and not due to a bug). A CSR may be able to assist you in contacting the owner or determining the status of the house maintenance. Placing items that prevent a player from accessing their structures is considered griefing.
