Greetings. I have been trying to reach my citizens for the first time and thank them for the honor they have placed upon me. Unfortunately, the citizen/citizens/:citizens/citizens: command doesn't seem to be working for me.

I have tried all combos, sent in a ticket, and visited the CSR chat room with no luck. They all suggest commands that I've already used, I then try those and all others I can think of with no city mail being sent.

If you could please, send out a test city mail to see if it is working for you.

If you have been sending city mail successfully, again please speak up.

I am mayor of North Beach on Naboo, Starsider. I was elected this passed saturday.

Thanks for your time, any help is appreciated greatly.

Crafting since Publish 5. I'm holding on in hopes the Armorsmith profession gets the love it deserves. I prefer the pre-CU system, crafting and combat. I would also like to see decay and hide gathering reinstalled into the game, as well as some epic Recon, craftable of course. And make being 12 point important again.

Ihave been sending emails out for the past week. I was recently elected Mayor to Twlight Citadel, Tatooine on Valcyn. I have been using "citizens" (without the quote marks of course) and it has worked fine all week. Sounds like you are bugged.

do a search for my name on this forum and look for the same issue and how it was subsequently ignored and eventually fixed.

it didnt work for me till after the first cityupdate after the election i won.

till then visit the city terminal and add every single citizen to your friends, thats what i had to do.

did you try "Citizens" without the quote marks and with a capital "C" ?

thats what i type and i have never had any problems with my city mail - no matter the place i wrote it, being in space, underground or alike
