I understand that everyone lacked 100 xp from the first election - altho that fact was accpeted as fact, I know the 100 xp never showed up. On last weeks election, I recieved NO xp at all. I should have had 5K xp and not receiving it was quite a blow to the city. I have sent in bug reports, customerservice reports, and emails directly to soe - with no response. Those listed on my militia are not able to preform their duties and are told they must be militia to preform their functions. I try to grant zoning rights and it says I have to be mayor which I am - for I have run un-opposed from the begining. Is anyone else having these problems and does anyone have a solution? Anything to help with the frustration would be wonderful.

The Grant Zone is easy.... you can't be in a building but need to be within the city... and both parties must be less than 20m away frome ach other... otherwise you get the You Must Be Mayor Message.... Annoyed me forever until I figured it out... as for your XP... SOE punished all cities that grew above 30 in one week by not giving them ANY Politician XP...

Yeah, lol it took me a couple of tries to get the zoning thing down, but even outside and w/in city limits it won't let me right now. Why would we get punished? Will it happenagain? I am almost to 60 citizens!
